Yes, we have a manufacturing jeweller and workshop operating on site. This means we can take in all your jewellery repairs, for new or older jewellery.

‘Can you resize my ring?’

Yes, please come in store and we will happily assist you in the process of resizing your rings.

‘Can you clean and polish my jewellery?’

Yes, for all Birkbecks made product, we offer this service free of charge for the entire life of the piece, as well as the checking of all settings and clasps. For all outside jewellery, please come in store and we will happily assist you with the cleaning and polishing of your pieces.

‘What is rhodium plating? Can you rhodium plate my jewellery?’

Rhodium plating is required periodically for all jewellery made in white gold. This plating keeps the surface of your white gold shiny and looking ‘white’. The most regular maintenance is required for rings, which suffer quite a bit of daily wear and tear from surfaces and other abrasives like soaps, perfumes, and other chemicals.
Yes, we can rhodium plate your jewellery. The price of this varies depending on the size of your piece, but please come in store and we will happily assist you in having your jewellery rhodium plated.

‘Can you rethread my pearls?’

Yes, please come in store and we will happily assist you in the process of having your pearls rethreaded.

‘Can you change the battery in my watch?’ ‘Can you change my watch band?’
